In this room, ERP means Enterprise Resource Planning. In a child's OCD treatment plan, it means Exposure and Response Prevention, the frontline clinical intervention, done as homework between sessions, often alone in a bedroom at 9pm with no therapist in the room.

EFA Foundation was founded by Daniel and his daughter Hannah, whose conviction that other families shouldn't have to figure this out alone became a 501. Their first initiative, the OCD Homework Assistant, runs on n8n: the therapist sets the plan, and the assistant helps a child understand, start, complete, and document their assigned exposures through real-time voice — without diagnosing, selecting exposures, or modifying the plan. Clinical trials are underway with UCLA.

Daniel will walk through the build: why n8n, and how clinician oversight is enforced in the workflow rather than assumed. Hannah will share her experience with neurodivergence and how technology can open doors for other neurodivergent kids.

The same tool most of this audience uses to sync CRM records is now running an evidence-based clinical protocol for kids. What changed isn't the stack, it's who pointed it somewhere that mattered.
