In the Loop is n8n’s first major conference: two days in Berlin bringing together the entire n8n ecosystem — builders, community members, partners, and enterprise teams. Expect talks, demos, workshops, and plenty of time to connect with people building with n8n across the world.

Anyone who builds with n8n: whether you’re a solo automator, part of an enterprise team, an n8n partner, or a community contributor. If you’re part of the n8n ecosystem in any way, this event is for you.

The main conference takes place on October 14 (Ecosystem Day) — a full programme of talks, workshops and demos, open to anyone with a ticket.

October 13 (Partner Day) is a smaller, invite-only day for ecosystem partners and Ambassadors. No tickets are sold for this day; your contact at n8n will reach out to you personally with details.

Both days take place at Wilhelm Studios in Berlin.

The entire event will be in English.

Super Early Bird tickets are €199 (30% off the regular €299) until August 21. An Ecosystem Day ticket covers the full 14 October programme, lunch and the after-party. Partner Day is invite-only and has no tickets.

Yes. You can change the attendee name free of charge until October 6 via the link in your ticket confirmation email.

Full refund until September 14. After that, tickets can’t be refunded but can still be transferred to a colleague until October 6.

In the Loop is for everyone in the ecosystem. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and staff agree to our code of conduct; the full text is linked in the footer. Report any concern to any staff member or [email protected] — reports are handled confidentially.

In the Loop 2026 is an in-person event in Berlin. Certain sessions may be live streamed or recorded; more information on this will follow.
