From Platform to Practice: Running n8n at Scale at Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz will share its end-to-end journey with n8n in a large enterprise environment: from establishing a central automation platform with around 300 provisioned instances to defining key personas and building a scalable enablement model through basic and advanced training, train-the-trainer programs, and an internal AI hackathon.

The session will also explore how Mercedes-Benz operates n8n within a complex and highly regulated IT landscape, including integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and connecting agents across different n8n instances via webhooks.

The session concludes with an in-depth look at one lighthouse project, demonstrating how n8n is being applied in practice to deliver tangible business value at enterprise scale.
