Using the same simple set of LEGO bricks, you'll move through a series of short building challenges that reveal how differently people approach open-ended problems, and what changes when you deliberately switch between exploring possibilities and making decisions. Along the way, you'll uncover the difference between divergent and convergent thinking, why both are essential, and how to recognize which mode a situation actually needs.

You'll leave with a simple mental model for moving between Explorer Mode and Decision Mode, helping you generate more possibilities before turning the right ones into solutions.
