Aarya Shah is the AI and Automation Lead at Tutero, a Melbourne-based edtech company, where he decides what becomes a deterministic workflow, what becomes an agent, and what each agent is allowed to reach. He builds the systems around AI models rather than the models themselves — previously working at VideoSDK on their open-source AI agent SDK. Based remotely in Gujarat, India, his default is a workflow; an agent has to earn its place.
