Claudia Stiefel

Claudia Stiefel is VP of Operations at n8n, having joined the company in 2020 as one of the first three employees. Over the years, she has shaped company strategy, hired most of the senior leaders in the company, and created many of the company rituals now in use today, while leading teams including People, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Data Analytics, and IT (thankfully not all at once).

She studied at Cambridge University and INSEAD, and worked in management consulting before her career in tech.
