Dana Harrison

Dana Harrison is a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at TELUS, a Canadian technology company, with almost 20 years in the industry. He worked to deploy n8n at TELUS, making it available to all users and nurturing it from its early days into a truly enterprise-level automation platform spanning various business units, roles, and abilities. It was on n8n that the first agents within TELUS, like IRIS, were built, and on which they continue to grow. As a seasoned SRE, toil reduction has always been a passion, which continues today through the rollout of AI and agentic solutions.
