Dirk Slama

Dirk Slama is a vice president at Robert Bosch GmbH and professor at the Ferdinand-Steinbeis-Institute. He chairs the Agentic Engineering Hub and the digital.auto initiative, drawing on 30 years of experience directing large-scale distributed systems and software architectures. Dirk is currently focused on pioneering agentic engineering frameworks that integrate AI agents directly into enterprise workflows, turning generative reasoning into controlled, deterministic outcomes. In his session, he explores how orchestration platforms enable disciplined, verified multi-agent automation across complex industrial and enterprise toolchains.
