Jacq Vaca

Jacq builds community for n8n, growing the US presence through regional ambassadors, monthly events, and community programming. As Global Director of Community at Polygon Labs, she scaled the user base through education-first programming and multilingual support. She brings operating experience across Founder House (a Bangalore-based builder residency she co-created & facilitates), four years of a grassroots monthly music series, and Fish & Chips—her consultancy on infrastructure and retention systems that prioritize belonging and meaningful participation over extraction.
