Jobi John is a Strategy & Operations Principal at CampusESP, a Philadelphia-based higher ed SaaS company. He's built numerous systems across the business, but pairing n8n with AI has been a turning point, letting him build and scale faster to support the Operations team as the company grows. That start led to building the backbone powering CampusESP's first product-led growth motion, then expanding to automate invoicing across QuickBooks and HubSpot. His focus is proving how far one person can scale internal operations without relying on engineering resources.
