Michael Frostbutter

Michael Frostbutter is n8n's founding Forward Deployed Engineer, working hands-on with enterprise customers to get workflows and AI agents running in production. Before n8n he spent 25 years in network engineering and cybersecurity, from enterprise networks to MSP automation, and he was building with n8n long before joining the team. He is now building the FDE practice from the ground up: the playbooks, patterns, and standards that carry enterprise deployments from pilot to production. Much of that work is a security question: how much trust an agent should earn once it is running inside a real environment.
