About Nextforms

Nextforms is a form builder with payments, approvals and reminders. The Nextforms Trigger starts an n8n workflow when a form is submitted, or later, after an approval or a payment, with every answer labelled and uploaded files as binary data. The Nextforms node lists forms and reads responses.

Start using

How to install Nextforms and use it in your n8n workflows

Verified nodes need a quick setup by an instance owner first, but after that, everyone on the instance can start using them in their workflows. Learn more here.

Sign in to n8n, open the editor, and click + in the top right to open the Nodes panel

Search for Nextforms using the search bar. Look for the version marked by a badge Verified. Then, select install.

Once Nextforms is installed, just drag, drop, and connect it like any other node in a workflow.
