Quick overview
This workflow uses the Evascrape API to quote, run, and retrieve a Google Maps scraping job, then outputs one item per business lead (for example dentists in Austin) while enforcing a maximum budget and handling common job and API failure states.
How it works
- Starts manually and defines the Google Maps search terms, location, record count, budget cap, and polling limits.
- Calls the Evascrape API to request a free quote for the requested number of Google Maps records.
- Stops with a reason if the quote fails or exceeds the configured maximum cost, otherwise starts the paid Evascrape scraping job.
- Polls Evascrape at the configured interval to check the job status until it finishes or the maximum number of checks is reached.
- Stops with a note if the job is still running after the polling limit, or stops with details if the job completes without a successful result.
- If the job succeeds, fetches the job results from Evascrape and splits the response into one workflow item per lead record.
Setup
- Create an Evascrape account, generate an API key, and ensure your Evascrape balance can cover paid jobs.
- In n8n, create an HTTP Header Auth credential with
Authorization: Bearer <your_evascrape_key> and select it in all Evascrape HTTP requests.
- Update the values in the search settings (search terms, location, total records, max cost in USD, and optional email verification) to match your target lead list and budget.
