HaloPSA and Webex by Cisco integration

Make sure you have n8n installed and running:

• Install n8n on any platform using npm or Docker;
• Or let n8n host it for you on its cloud infrastructure.

In n8n, click the "Add workflow" button in the Workflows tab to create a new workflow.

Add the starting point – a trigger on when your workflow should run: on schedule, on a webhook call, when called by another workflow, or manually. In some situations, either HaloPSA or Webex by Cisco could already be your first step. To set this up, click "On App Event", search for either HaloPSA or Webex by Cisco, and choose a trigger to kick off your workflow.

Drag the HaloPSA node from the nodes panel on the left to the workflow canvas. Before dragging, choose the action HaloPSA will perform.
