Generate qualified 3D visualization email leads with Serper and Qwen

Quick overview

This workflow starts or resumes a lead-generation campaign by querying Serper for targeted businesses, scraping their websites to find public contact emails, optionally qualifying leads with a local Qwen model, and saving qualified, rejected, and review lists as local CSV/JSON files.

How it works

  1. Starts from an n8n form submission (start campaign) or resume form (resume last campaign), or from a manual trigger using the default settings.
  2. Builds campaign settings (client, service profile, markets, targets, file paths) and loads any existing master CSV and saved search progress from local disk.
  3. Generates the next batch of location-based search queries and calls the Serper Search API to collect Places and organic results.
  4. Filters search results to keep only likely target businesses, deduplicates candidates against previously seen domains, and optionally runs an extra Serper query to find an official website when the result looks like a directory or social link.
  5. Scrapes the official website to extract public business emails, contact form URLs, phone numbers, and social links, then performs basic eligibility checks such as country and email availability.
  6. If enabled, sends the extracted website evidence to a local Qwen (Ollama) endpoint to score fit and mark each lead as qualified, rejected, or needing manual review.
  7. Accumulates results until the campaign target, batch limits, or an error condition is reached, then writes run outputs, an updated master CSV, rejected/manual-review lists, a summary JSON, and search-progress state back to local files.

Setup

  1. Add Serper API credentials (HTTP Header Auth via the “Serper - Primary and Backup” credential) and ensure your Serper proxy endpoints are available at http://127.0.0.1:5689/search and (optionally) http://127.0.0.1:5689/places.
  2. Set the outputDirectory in the campaign defaults to a writable local path and ensure n8n has permission to read/write the master CSV and search progress JSON files there.
  3. If you want AI qualification, run a local Ollama/Qwen endpoint and set qwenEndpoint and qwenQualificationModel to match your installation (or disable qwenEnabled).
  4. Review and adjust campaign defaults such as markets, query/batch limits, minQualifiedScore, and allowPaidWebsiteLookup before running campaigns.
  5. If using the form triggers, copy the generated form URLs and access them from an allowed IP (the workflow restricts access via an IP allowlist).
