Quick Overview
This workflow collects a Japanese product listing via an n8n form, translates it to English with OpenAI, then runs a second OpenAI pass to review and correct the translation against the original before displaying the final reviewed listing and fixes.
How it works
- Receives a product name, Japanese description, and target market from an n8n Form trigger.
- Adds the store name and a fixed translation glossary to guide consistent terminology.
- Uses OpenAI (chat model) to translate the listing into an English title, description, and bullet points following strict factual and formatting rules.
- Uses OpenAI again to compare the English draft with the Japanese original, fix inaccuracies or unsupported claims, and generate a list of issues plus a quality score.
- Displays the reviewed English listing, quality score, and the reviewer’s fixes in a formatted form completion page.
Setup
- Add an OpenAI API credential and select the model in the OpenAI Chat Model configuration.
- Update the store name and glossary entries to match your brand terms and preferred translations.
- Open the generated n8n form URL and submit a sample Japanese listing to test the output.
