Quick Overview

This workflow runs daily and uses the TrendSwap API to generate a TikTok/Reels-style video from a single photo by applying a selected viral template, then checks the rendering status to retrieve the completed result.

How it works

  1. Runs every 24 hours on a schedule.
  2. Sets the input photo URL and the TrendSwap template ID to use for the video.
  3. Sends a request to the TrendSwap API to create a video generation job from the photo and template.
  4. Waits 45 seconds to allow the video to render.
  5. Calls the TrendSwap API to check the job status and fetch the completed video details.

Setup

  1. Create a TrendSwap API key and add it to your n8n environment as TRENDSWAP_API_KEY.
  2. Update the photo_url and template_id values to your desired input image and TrendSwap template.
  3. Adjust the schedule interval and the wait time if your rendering duration or cadence differs.
