These Credit Terms supplement the Agreement between n8n and Customer and govern Customer’s purchase and use of Credits. In case of conflict between these Credit Terms and the Agreement, these Credit Terms prevail with respect to Credits.

 

  1. Nature of Credits

    1. Definitions. n8n may require Customer to prepay for certain usage Services by purchasing prepaid usage credits sufficient to cover Customer usage (“Credits”). Credits may be presented in the Services under product-specific display names. Credits may be provided as an allowance included in Customer plan (“Included Credits”) or may be purchased on top of Customer’s existing plan (“Top-Up Credits”).
    2. Eligibility. You must have an active, paid n8n subscription to purchase Top-Up Credits. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender or currency of any kind, and do not constitute electronic money or a payment instrument. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred or sold to any other person or account. Credits purchased or granted for a given Service may be used only for that Service.

  2. Use of Credits

    1. General. As you use a credit Service, Credits draw down from your account balance. Once a balance reaches zero, you cannot use that Service until it is renewed or topped up. We may change unit prices to reflect provider movements, with changes taking effect when published on the public n8n URL available at https://app.n8n.cloud/service-pricing, as updated from time to time. Credits are consumed in following order: Included Credits first, then Top-Up Credits, earliest-expiring first within each category. Where a Service relies on third-party providers, your use must also comply with those providers’ applicable requirements and the n8n AI Terms.
    2. Included Credits. Included Credits may be granted as a one-time allowance or monthly renewed allowance. Included Credits may allow you to experiment with a feature up to a certain point, after which you may be asked to upgrade plan or purchase Top-Up Credits. n8n may change the amount of Customer subscribed plan’s Included Credits at our entire discretion at any time during your plan subscription. Included Credits expire as notified by n8n at the time of credit allowance on n8n pricing page or Customer dashboard.
    3. Top-Up Credits. Top-Up Credits are purchased through our payment provider acting as merchant of record and may be subject to a minimum purchase amount as provided on our website. You may purchase Top-Ups Credit manually or enable automatic Top-Ups Credit, which tops up your balance to a fixed amount when falling below threshold. You can disable automatic Top-Up Credits at any time via your customer account. Top-Up Credits are designed for use within 12 months of purchase. n8n will notify Customer prior to expiration date.
    4. Promotions. We may grant promotional or free Credits at our discretion, sign-up incentives or a plan’s exceptional allowance, as provided on n8n pricing page or notified in your Customer dashboard. Such promotional Credits confer no entitlement, are non-renewable unless we state otherwise, expire as notified when granted, and are consumed before Top-Up Credits.

  3. Termination and Refund

    1. Termination. Upon closing of your n8n Cloud account, unused Credits are forfeited and cannot be recovered or reinstated.
    2. Refund. All Credit purchases are final; n8n does not refund unused or partially used Credits, subject to your statutory rights. By way of exception, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal, save for situations where Credits are available for immediate use, and Customer consents to immediate use and waiving of their right of withdrawal.
