Quick overview

very morning, pull new jobs from 30,000+ company career sites, drop the ones you have already seen, score the rest against your profile with the AI model you choose (or by keywords, with no AI key), and get the best ones on Telegram, Gmail or Discord.

How it works

1. A daily schedule starts the run.
2. The Apify Jobs API Actor returns jobs posted since yesterday: nearly 1 million live jobs from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Keka and other career-site platforms. Every job links to the company's own apply page.
3. Jobs already logged in your Google Sheet are dropped, so nothing is sent twice. Optional hard rules (mustHaveWords, excluded words, country, level, work mode) cut the list before any AI is used.
4. One AI node scores the rest 0-10 against your profile and quotes the job words behind each score. It calls Claude directly, or any OpenAI-compatible API (OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Mistral, a local Ollama). No AI key? Set useAI to false and jobs are ranked by keyword matches instead.
5. The top N go to Telegram, Gmail, Discord, or any mix. Every new job is logged to the sheet with a blank status column for you to track.

Setup

1. Apify token (Header Auth credential)
2. Google Sheet with a tab Jobs and this header row: id, title, company, location, applyUrl, score, reason, sent, status, loggedAt
3. Your AI key as a Header Auth credential (only if useAI is on)
4. At least one channel: Telegram bot, Gmail OAuth, or a Discord webhook
5. Fill in Search Settings (everything you change lives there), run once, then activate
