This workflow runs every 6 hours to scrape Naver Place business listings via the UnitBytes Apify actor, deduplicate results, log all leads to Google Sheets and a CSV export, and use OpenAI to enrich high-priority leads before posting an alert to Slack and creating a bilingual Gmail draft.

How it works

  1. Runs every 6 hours and sets the Naver Place search queries, scoring threshold, and Google Sheets tab name.
  2. Calls the UnitBytes Apify “naver-place-scraper” actor to fetch Naver Place/Naver Map business listing details.
  3. Deduplicates the scraped results across executions using the place ID (or fallback identifiers) to skip previously seen businesses.
  4. Cleans and normalizes key fields and calculates a 0–100 priority score to flag high-priority leads.
  5. Appends all scraped leads to Google Sheets and also generates a CSV dataset export as a backup.
  6. Sends only high-priority leads to OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to produce an English headline, tier verdict, short analysis, and a bilingual outreach message.
  7. Posts the enriched lead and outreach draft to Slack and creates a matching outreach email draft in Gmail.

Setup

  1. Add an Apify API token as an HTTP Header Auth credential (Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>) for the Apify HTTP request.
  2. Connect credentials for OpenAI, Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail.
  3. Set the Apify actor input (queries/maxItems/reviews), the target Google Sheets document ID and tab name, and adjust the minimum lead score threshold used to filter high-priority items.
  4. Select the Slack channel to post alerts to and confirm the Gmail account used for draft creation.

  • Adjust minLeadScore or priorityKeyword to control which Korean business leads are sent to OpenAI
