Build your own Fluent Support and Notion integration

POST	Create ticket	Creates a new ticket by the customer. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/customer`
POST	Reply to ticket	Submits a reply to an existing ticket as an agent. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/{id}/reply`
PUT	Update reply	Updates a reply to a specific ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/{id}/reply/{reply_id}`
GET	Get ticket	Retrieve a specific ticket by Ticket ID. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/ticket/<ID>`
POST	Create ticket	Create a new Ticket using agent. `/wp-json/fluent-crm/v2/tickets`
POST	Create ticket	This endpoint creates a new ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customer-portal/tickets`
POST	Reply to ticket	This endpoint adds a reply to a ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/<ticket_id>/responses`
PUT	Update reply	This endpoint updates a specific reply for a ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/<ticket_id>/responses/<response_id>`
POST	Delete ticket(s)	This endpoint deletes one or more tickets. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/bulk-actions`
POST	Add tag to ticket	This endpoint adds a tag to a specific ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/<ticket_id>/tags?tag_id=<tag_id>`
DELETE	Remove tag from ticket	This endpoint removes a tag from a specific ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/<ticket_id>/tags/<tag_id>`
PUT	Update ticket properties	This endpoint updates properties associated with the ticket. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/tickets/<ticket_id>/property`

GET	List customers	Retrieves a list of all customers. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customers`
GET	Get customer	Fetches details of a specific customer by ID. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customers/{id}`
GET	List customers	This endpoint gets all customers. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customers?per_page=10&page=1&search=&status=all`
GET	Get specific customer	This endpoint retrieves a specific customer. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customers/83?with[]=widgets&with[]=tickets&with[]=fluentcrm_profile`
GET	Get customer	This endpoint retrieves a specific customer by customer ID. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customers/<customer_id>`

GET	Get overall reports	Retrieves overall reports based on tickets. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/reports/overall`
GET	Get overall reports	This endpoint returns overall reports. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/reports`
GET	Get ticket stats	This endpoint returns ticket growth statistics. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/reports/tickets-growth`
GET	Get Ticket Resolve Stats	This endpoint will return closed tickets. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/reports/tickets-resolve-growth`
GET	Get Ticket Response Growth	This endpoint will return the stats of total replies by agents. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/reports/response-growth`
GET	Get Agents Summary	This endpoint will returns total summary of agents. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/reports/agents-summary`

GET	List saved replies	Retrieves all saved replies. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/saved-replies`

GET	Get user overall stats	This endpoint will return user's personal overall stats `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/my-reports`
GET	Get ticket resolve stats	This endpoint returns total ticket closed by user. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/my-reports/tickets-resolve-growth`
GET	Get ticket response growth	This endpoint returns total replies done by user. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/my-reports/response-growth`
GET	Get user summary	This endpoint returns total summary of the current agent. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/my-reports/my-summary`

GET	Get specific saved reply	This endpoint returns a specific saved reply. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/saved-replies/<reply_id>`

GET	List activities	This endpoint returns all activities. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/activity-logger`
GET	Get activity settings	This endpoint returns activity settings. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/activity-logger/settings`

GET	List mailboxes	This endpoint returns all mailboxes. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/mailboxes`
GET	Get mailbox	This endpoint returns a specific mailbox. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/mailboxes/<mailbox_id>`
GET	Get mailbox email configs	This endpoint returns mailbox email configs in JSON structure. `/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/mailboxes/<mailbox_id>/email_configs`

To set up Fluent Support integration, add the HTTP Request node to your workflow canvas and authenticate it using a generic authentication method. The HTTP Request node makes custom API calls to Fluent Support to query the data you need using the API endpoint URLs you provide.
