Lindy is an AI assistant designed to automate a wide range of tasks — medical scribing, customer support, executive assistance — from simple prompts. Imagine a team of AI employees working in unison to execute tasks requested by users, using custom data and taking actions within the most crucial apps.
To achieve this vision, Lindy needed to integrate a large network of apps and services to enable their AI assistants to perform tasks effectively.

This was accomplished through the development of special adapters designed to emulate human interactions within Lindy's AI core logic. These adapters allowed Lindy to treat n8n's integrations as if they were native components of Lindy's platform, facilitating a smooth and efficient integration process.
