How it works
Once triggered, the workflow connects to your brand brief stored in a sub-workflow. It checks Google Sheets to ensure the topic hasn’t been used before. If the topic is unique, it generates a fresh idea, performs detailed research using Perplexity AI, and writes a full 2000–3000-word blog post with SEO-optimized headings and a clear, readable tone. The article is converted to clean HTML for WordPress. Then, a prompt is generated for GPT Image 1 (via OpenAI), which creates a realistic image tailored to the article. The image is uploaded to imgbb and automatically assigned as the featured image in WordPress. The article is published along with category, excerpt, and metadata. Simultaneously, two Google Sheets are updated — one with the list of topics and the other with the publication history.
