Agile CRM and Freshdesk integration

Add the starting point – a trigger on when your workflow should run: on an app event, on schedule, on a webhook call, when called by another workflow, or manually.

Add Agile CRM and Freshdesk nodes to your workflow canvas. In some situations, either Agile CRM or Freshdesk could already be your first step. Add your credentials for Agile CRM and Freshdesk if necessary. Configure them as appropriate.

A connection establishes a link between Agile CRM and Freshdesk nodes (or vice versa) to route data through the workflow. A connection between two nodes passes data from one node's output to another node's input. Each node can have one or multiple connections. Use core nodes to manipulate data fields, run custom JavaScript code, transform files, or branch out your flow.
