These Terms apply when you enable or use the n8n AI Assistant feature as a preview (the “Feature Preview”). By clicking “I agree” or using the Feature Preview, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation and confirm you are authorised to do so.
The Feature Preview is an early-access, pre-release feature offered for evaluation. It may change, be incomplete, or produce inaccurate results, and it is not intended for production or high-risk use. The Feature Preview is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind and with no service-level or availability commitments.
The Feature relies on LLM providers listed in n8n Sub-processors page, and runs code in a sandboxed environment operated by Daytona, Inc., as a sub-processor. You agree that the content and code you submit may be processed there to provide the feature.
n8n and its licensors own all rights in the feature, its underlying systems, and any improvements. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the feature during the beta preview. You must not reverse engineer, copy, or resell it, use it to build a competing product, publish benchmarks or performance results, or circumvent any usage limits or security measures.
The Feature Preview is subject to n8n AI Terms. n8n may use the prompts you submit, to operate, secure, and improve the Feature Preview, including as de-identified or aggregated data. n8n will not use your data to train third-party ML models.
n8n has no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Feature Preview and provides no indemnity in connection with it. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is unaffected. n8n may change, suspend, or withdraw the Feature Preview, or your access to it, at any time and at its discretion, without notice or liability.
