Self-Hosted Only: This workflow uses a community node and is compatible only with self-hosted n8n environments.
Calendly Integration: The workflow listens for Calendly bookings and cancellations, updating or adding the respective contact in KlickTipp.
Data Transformation: Timestamps are transformed into formats compatible with KlickTipp’s API requirements.
Event Tracking: Automatically syncs Calendly booking and cancellation data to KlickTipp.
Customizable Fields: Map fields such as name, email, and event details to match your KlickTipp custom fields.
Seamless Timezone Handling: Converts and adjusts timestamps based on invitee’s timezone.
Install Required Nodes: Install the KlickTipp community node as per the installation guide.
Authenticate Accounts: Configure authentication for both the Calendly and KlickTipp nodes.

After creating fields, allow 10-15 minutes for them to sync. If fields don’t appear, reconnect your KlickTipp credentials.
Customize Field Assignments: Open each KlickTipp node and map fields to match your setup. The workflow includes placeholders for:
Invitee details (first name, last name, email, and phone).
Event details (start/end times, timezone, etc.).
Test the workflow by triggering a Calendly event and verifying data updates in KlickTipp.
Notes
