  • Scrape & Populate: The workflow automatically finds matching leads from Apollo.io and adds them to a Google Sheet.
  • Enrich: On a schedule, the system gathers fresh data for each new lead from their LinkedIn profiles and Trustpilot reviews.
  • Analyze & Notify: This data is fed into a Google Gemini model, which generates a detailed prospect brief. The brief is saved back to the Google Sheet, and a notification is sent via Slack.

Connect Your Tools

  • Add your credentials for Google (Sheets), Slack, and Google Gemini.

Configure Scrapers

  • In Apify, get the run URLs for the Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Trustpilot actors and paste them into the workflow.

Set Up Google Sheet

  • Create a new sheet using the provided template and link it to the relevant nodes.

Customize AI Prompt

  • Tailor the AI's analysis by editing the Basic LLM Chain1 node to include your company's details.
