You can find the Customer.io node in the nodes panel and drag it onto your workflow canvas. To add the Sierra Interactive app to the workflow select the HTTP Request node and use the generic authentication method to make custom API calls to Sierra Interactive. Configure Sierra Interactive and Customer.io one by one: input data on the left, parameters in the middle, and output data on the right.

Step 3: Connect Customer.io and Sierra Interactive

A connection establishes a link between Customer.io and Sierra Interactive (or vice versa) to route data through the workflow. Data flows from the output of one node to the input of another. You can have single or multiple connections for each node.
