This workflow automatically promotes your new Shopify products on Twitter and Telegram. This workflow is also featured in the blog post 6 e-commerce workflows to power up your Shopify store. Prerequisites A Shopify account and credentials A Twitter account and credentials A Telegram account and credentials for the channel you want to send messages to. Nodes Shopify Trigger node triggers the workflow when you create a new product in Shopify. Twitter node posts a tweet with the text "Hey there, my design is now on a new product! Visit my {shop name} to get this cool {product title} (and check out more {product type})". Telegram node posts a message with the same text as above in a Telegram channel.

This workflow is triggered when a new order is created in Shopify. Then: the order information is stored in Zoho CRM, an invoice is created in Harvest and stored in Trello, if the order value is above 50, an email with a discount coupon is sent to the customer and they are added to a MailChimp campaign for high-value customers; otherwise, only a "thank you" email is sent to the customer. Note that you need to replace the List ID in the Trello node with your own ID (see instructions in our docs). Same goes for the Account ID in the Harvest node (see instructions here).

This workflow syncs Shopify customers to your HubSpot account as contacts. Whenever somebody makes a purchase on Shopify, it automatically adds them as a new customer to your Hubspot account if the customer doesn’t exist yet. Also, this workflow creates or updates contacts from new paid orders on Shopify by adding the amount and order close date of the deal. Prerequisites Shopify account and Shopify credentials HubSpot account and HubSpot credentials How it works Shopify trigger starts the workflow whenever an order is updated. HubSpot node creates or updates the contact who made the order update. Set node sorts and passes only the userid. Merge node merges data of both inputs, the order and the customer. Hubspot node looks up if the order already exists. If node splits the workflow conditionally, based on data received. If the order is new, the new deal is created in the Hubspot node.

This workflow automatically syncs Shopify orders with your Zendesk contacts. Using this workflow, the Shopify email ID, phone number ID and order information will be added or updated to Zendesk contacts. Zendesk Node then searches the contact by email address. Set node keeps only the UserId and email of the contact. Merge by Key node combines the Shopify and Zendesk data. If node splits the workflow conditionally, check if the contact already exists or not. If the user exists, Zendesk node updates its contact data. If the user does not exist, Zendesk node creates a new contact.
