Description: I built this because manual calorie counting apps are too tedious. 🥗📉

Logging food by searching for "Banana medium size" in an app takes too much time. This workflow simplifies health tracking by using Gemini to estimate calories directly from text (e.g., "A burger and fries"). It logs your daily stats to Google Sheets, calculates your energy balance (Calories In vs. Out), and sends a visual progress report (weight trend graph) to your email instantly.

What it does:

Input: You enter Weight, Steps, and what you ate via a simple Form.

Analysis: Gemini estimates the calorie intake from your text and calculates expenditure based on your steps and BMR.

Visualization: It fetches your last 7 days of data from Google Sheets and draws a trend line using QuickChart.

Feedback: Sends an email with the graph and personalized advice.

Setup Requirements:

Google Sheets: Create a sheet named HealthLog with headers: Date, Weight, Steps, Meals, Calories_In, Calories_Out, Balance.

Credentials: Google Gemini, Google Sheets, Gmail.

Config: Open the "1. Configuration" node to set your Sheet ID and BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, e.g., 1500). Note: BMR is essential for accurate "Calories Out" calculation.
