This workflow automatically tracks changes on specific websites, typically in e-commerce where you want to get information about price changes. Prerequisites Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript Nodes Execute Command nodes create a file named kopacky.json in the /data/ folder (Make sure that n8n has the permissions to make changes to the folder in your setup) and clean data. Cron node triggers the workflow at regular intervals (default is 15 minutes), depending on how often you want to crawl URLs of your watchers. Function Item node (Change me) adds the URL watchers. You can put as many URLs (watchers) as you want by changing the JavaScript code in the node. There are four properties for each watcher: |Property|Meaning| |-|-| |slug|Unique identifier for the watcher.| |link|URL of the website where you want to track changes.| |selector|CSS selector of the HTML tag, where your price is placed. You can use browser web tools to get a specific selector.| |currency|Currency code in which your price is set.| Function Item node (Init item) saves all required data from each watcher to the kopacky.json file. HTTP Request node fetches data from the website. HTML Extract node extracts the required information from the webpage. Send Email nodes (NotifyBetterPrice) send you an email when there is an issue with getting the price, and when a better price is available (this could happen if the website is down, your tracking product is not available anymore, or the owner of the website changed the selector or HTML). IF nodes filter the incoming data and route the workflow. Move Binary Data nodes convert the JSON file to binary data. Write Binary File nodes write the product prices in the file. NOTE: This is the first (beta) version of this workflow, so it could have some issues. For example, there is an issue with getting content of those websites, where the owner of the website blocks any calls from unknown foreign services - it's typical protection against crawlers.

This n8n workflow demonstrates how to automate a large-scale personalized promotional email campaign, leveraging artificial intelligence to generate unique content for each recipient. Save time and increase the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns by allowing AI to handle the creation of personalized content and email sending. How it works: The workflow fetches recipient data from a Google Sheets document. It validates email addresses and checks if recipients haven't been contacted before. For each valid recipient, the AI agent (using GPT-3.5) generates a personalized email including the recipient's name, product introduction, exclusive offer, and a unique promotional link. The personalized email is sent via SMTP to the recipient. The workflow updates the Google Sheet to mark the recipient as contacted. A random delay is introduced between emails to mimic natural sending patterns and avoid triggering spam filters. Requirements: Google Sheets account for storing and managing recipient data. OpenAI account for access to the GPT-3.5 model. SMTP server for sending emails. Customizing the workflow: This example focuses on sending personalized promotional emails, but it could be extended to include follow-up sequences, tracking email opens and clicks, or integrating with a CRM system for more comprehensive customer management.

Who is it for If you are a postmaster or you manage email server, you can set up DKIM and SPF records to ensure that spoofing your email address is hard. On your domain you can also set up DMARC record to receive XML reports from email providers (rua tag). Those reports contain data if email they received passed DKIM and SPF verifications. Since DMARC email is public, you will receive a lot of emails from email providers, not only if DKIM/SPF fail. There is no need for it - you probably only need to know if SPF/DKIM failed. So this script is intended to automatically parse all DMARC reports that come from email providers, but ONLY send you notification if SPF or DKIM failed - meaning that either someone tries to spoof your email or your DKIM/SPF is improperly set up. Here are some quick tips for making changes to the form. It will be followed by a long string that looks like random characters Using a tool like Image to Base64 Converter, upload your image and generate a new CSS background source Replace the original background-image: line (including all the "random" characters) with the new generated CSS background source

This workflow checks for new emails in a mailbox and if the email body contains the word "invoice" it will send the attachment to Mindee. It then posts a message to Slack to let the team know a payment needs to be made, If the value of the invoice is over 1000 it will also email the finance manager. To use this workflow you will need to configure the IMAP node to select the correct mailbox to use then configure the Mindee node to use your credentials. Once that is done the Send Email node will need to be configured to use the correct mail server and to send to the correct people, The last thing to configure is the Slack node this will need your Slack credentials and the channel you want to post the message to.

This workflow illustrates how HTML reports can be created using Markdown Node. An example data consists of a Time Sheet table for 2 persons. Based on this table a markdown document is generated using Function Node. After that a final HTML report is created and is saved as binary file. This file can be either downloaded directly from the workflow canvas or sent as an email attachement.

This workflow checks a Google Calendar at 8am on the first of each month to get anything that has been marked as a Holiday or Illness. It then merges the count for each person and sends an email with the list. To use this workflow you will need to set the credentials to use for the Google Calendar node and Send Email node. You will also need to select the calendar ID and fill out the information in the send email node. This workflow searches for Events that contain "Holiday" or "Illness" in the summary. If you want to change this you can modify it in the Switch node.
